Accountant

For our client from renewable energy industry, we are currently looking for:

Accountant
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main responsibilities:
  • Posting of all types of transactional documents in the accounting system (receivables, payables, asset accounting, bank statements, provisions, business travels etc.)
  • Maintaining master data in the accounting system
  • Booking and calculation of reserves, currency valuations, deferred tax, accruals under supervision of Chief Accountant
  • Process, record and settle transactions with Project Team – credit cards, travel expenses, cash expenses, advances for Project Team
  • Daily control of workflow and transactional documents authorization process
  • Support the process of insourcing accounting function from shared cervices
  • Support the process the implementation of accounting and workflow systems
  • Liquidity and cash management, manage payments in the business bank accounts
  • General administrative tasks for the finance department
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent bookkeeping
  • Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts
  • Confirmation and reconciliation of balances internally and with external parties
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under supervision of Chief Accountant
  • Support in preparation of documentation for external- and internal audits
Qualifications:
  • At least 3-years of experience in field of accounting, preferably in an international environment
  • Advanced English language and native Polish language
  • Master degree, preferably in relevant field: Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • Experience in IFRS and Polish fiscal and tax regulation
  • Experience in working on Microsoft Dynamics 365
