Digital & Social Media Specialist

• Run Polcode social media profiles in Polish and English. You’ll generate ideas, prepare content and graphics in cooperation with a graphic designer, manage social media calendar, analyze results of your work and look for improvements
• Provide support in planning and executing lead generation campaigns
• Set up ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google to grow our website traffic (especially in the United States and Western Europe), provide ongoing analysis and reports
• Generate content for the company blog, newsletter, e-books, webinars and other lead magnets in cooperation with internal experts, manage website content
• Coordinate the creation of marketing, HR and sales materials
• Cooperate with the People Operations department on employer branding initiatives
• Handle Hubspot to create landing pages, email campaigns, automation and segmentation of leads.

• 2 years of experience in running B2B lead generation campaigns, preferred in IT/Tech industry, and know the processes and proven tactics of lead management and inbound marketing
• Experience in managing company profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Good copywriting skills and can write engaging copy in Polish and English
• Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and know how to set up campaigns
• worked before with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Wordpress
• Fluent and confident command of English - C1 minimum
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools - Hubspot, Salesforce, Sales Manago, Elouqa or other (nice to have)
