Talent Acquisition Partner with German & English
- Global and regional talent strategy: by demonstrating knowledge of business, local marketplace and recruitment trends
- International recruitment: by covering overall recruitment processes from attracting candidates to the hiring stage, using the best methods to find the right candidate on the market
- Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
- Stakeholder management: by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other EMEA Team members
- Employer Branding: by designing and following the latest HR trends
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in international environment or RPO
- Minimum 3 years of E2E recruitment experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken German is a must
- Very good command of written and spoken English is a must
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions and work to tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with effective sourcing of passive candidates
- Result-oriented, with can-do attitude self-starter who can build effective partnership and relationship with key stakeholders
- Positive energy :)
